We do not accept returns of any items, nor do we provide replacements or refunds. All sales are final.
Reason: The books and products you order come with customized printing tailored to each associate’s specifications. Because each item is made‐to‐order and personalized, it is not reusable and cannot be restocked for resale.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, return, or replacement under any circumstances.
If you have questions about the customization process or the final product before ordering, please contact us for clarification. Once printing has begun, changes cannot be accommodated.
